The Brandenburg, Kentucky, community is mourning the tragic deaths of Karlie Odele Haycraft, 29, and her boyfriend, Trenton Thomas, who died together on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Funeral Services
Joint funeral services for Karlie Haycraft and Trenton Thomas are scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home.
Rev. Ronald Knott and Deacon Greg Beavin will officiate. Visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, allowing family, friends and community members to pay their respects.
The family has also established a trust to help provide for Karlie’s daughters’ education. Donations may be made to the Karlie Haycraft Memorial Fund through The Cecilian Bank in Brandenburg.
